Meena LLC offers an optional SMS/text messaging program for marketing and customer communications. The following terms apply to all participants:
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Meena LLC regarding financial products, services, offers, updates, and company information. Messages are sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or obtaining financing from Meena LLC. You may apply for and receive our services without subscribing to text messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. We reserve the right to adjust messaging frequency based on operational needs.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. Meena LLC does not charge for messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out / STOP: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Meena LLC unless you re-subscribe.
Help / HELP: For assistance, questions, or support regarding our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at guvant@the-meena.com. You will receive a message with contact information and instructions.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and may be delayed or undelivered due to network conditions or carrier limitations.
Privacy: Your mobile phone number and text message opt-in information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Changes to Program: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the text messaging program at any time with or without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms and will notify you of material changes via text message or email.
Meena LLC may charge application fees, origination fees, or other administrative fees in connection with processing your loan application. All fees will be disclosed in writing before you are obligated to pay them.
Late or missed payments may result in late fees, penalties, and negative reporting to credit bureaus as outlined in your loan agreement.
You may prepay your loan in full or in part at any time without penalty unless otherwise specified in your loan agreement.
